Refund & Return Policy – Splash Blanket Canada

This page outlines our refund and return policies for orders placed through our Canadian store. Please read the terms below carefully before making your purchase.

Do We Accept Returns?

Yes – we accept change of mind returns and exchanges, provided that:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and

  • The product(s) are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To begin your return, please email hello@splashblanket.com with your order number and item details.

Return Options

We currently offer returns for:

  • Store credit, or

  • Product exchange

All return requests must be approved prior to sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. You are welcome to send directly or we can provide you with a return label (approval required)

Restocking Fee

All approved returns and exchanges will incur a $4.99 CAD restocking fee per order. This will be deducted from your store credit or applied to your exchange.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. You will be contacted once your return has been completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at hello@splashblanket.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We’ll assist you as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as a store credit, which never expires and can be used anytime on future orders.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us immediately at hello@splashblanket.com with your order number.

If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to cancel it and issue you a store credit.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied during checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply codes retroactively, and we do not issue credits or refunds if a code was not used.

Only one discount can be used per order. Orders with multiple discount codes will be automatically cancelled.
